I have been hugely impressed by Dr New's care. I felt he genuinely listened to me and provided appropriate guidance and advice which demonstrated the breadth of his clinical knowledge. His proactive insistence on me completing routine examinations prompted me to have a scan I may not otherwise have bothered with, and as a result I am in the relatively fortunate position to have caught a potentially life-threatening disease at an early stage. During this process he has gone out of his way to provide me with information as soon as it became available, and through his network has managed to accelerate the subsequent steps which has been very reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr New and look forward to his continuing support.
